2 hourly sessions - plenty of time to feed baby, make new mum friends & make it part of your weekly routine
Baby Massage targeting specific areas to ease pain such as teething, colic, constipation etc
Baby Yoga Stretch & sing routines to aid the physical development towards rolling, crawling & walking
Advanced reflexology routines brilliant for the bedtime routine, to help babies wind down. These routines also focus on specific areas of the body, to ease discomforts and promote relaxation
Mother & Baby gift bag on the first class of term
Refreshments such as hot drinks and cake (what every mum needs!)
Access to a private Facebook group with pre recorded content of all different massage routines in case you miss a class
Free sleep advice from a qualified Infant Sleep Consultant
Free advice from a qualified Colic & Reflux specialist

MAMA & ME BABY SPA - COMING THIS AUTUMN 🍂
Sooo excited to finally announce my plans of Mama & Me Baby Spa - an idea that has been manifesting for over a year - soon to become a reality this Autumn!
Baby Spa is a completely unique, one of a kind class - this class doesn't run anywhere else in Gloucestershire. With a luxury feel, you & your baby will experience relaxation and bonding through skin to skin contact via gentle sensory water play and baby massage and reflexology routines including gentle yoga stretches.
The class includes:
💫 A luxurious set up of cosy robes, towels, glowing toys, @Weleda baby bubbles all to enjoy in the Shnuggle & Nuby bathtubs
💫 A sensory star show with calming music during bathtime and massage
💫 A small, intimate class to get to know other mums, make friends over a hot cuppa & cake
💫 There will also be time for you to ask any sleep questions
💫 Suitable for babies 8 weeks - pre crawling
