WELCOME

On 23rd May 2020 my life changed when I welcomed my little boy Roman into the world. In between lockdowns I booked onto every mother and baby class, desperate to expose Roman to social situations to help his development as he was becoming such a shy baby due to being born in the middle of a pandemic! On boxing day I booked onto an Infant Massage and Yoga teacher training course, something I feel so passionately about and on 29th January 2021 I qualified. I offer mother and babies face to face classes, tailored to each individual. I plan to build a community of women empowering one another to raise our perfect little humans in the best possible way.
Since then, I have furthered my training and I am now a qualified Infant Sleep Consultant, Baby Gym Teacher & Baby Reflexology Teacher, Colic & Reflux Specialist and Weaning Specialist - all of what I teach you in my classes! 
I have also welcomed my second baby, Monty into the world in November 2022 and have continued to teach classes and grow my knowledge through further training. In Autumn 2023 I launched Mama & Me Baby Spa - a one of a kind experience to allow your baby to bond and connect through touch and deep relaxation. It has been an incredible success and I now run Baby Spas monthly often with special themes such as Halloween, Christmas, Valentines, Easter & Mothers Day.
